Having the Basant Club HQ open at 6 AM is like eating dessert for breakfast. That’s why, the rest of the world wakes up.
Checking of the security systems, staff members coming in, and the lights getting turned on all signifies the Basant club HQ waking up.
Coffee coupled with warm, fresh breakfast smells. Team leaders have very important discussions, these major huddles are about global objectives, business goals, and laughter.
At Basant club, working does not feel like work. Instead, building relationships comes first with employees treating each other with respect.

8:00 AM – Creative Brainstorming Begins
Each member of the content team joins in the wild brainstorming sessions for events, social media postings, and member engagement strategies. Ideas are generated throughout the session and scribbled on whiteboards in the form of sticky notes. At this point, absolutely no idea is too outlandish!
Midday Hustle: Where the Magic Happens
10:00 AM – Member Services in Action
With each minute that goes by, calls are coming in, mails are coming in and the member services team is ready to action. Whenever they get a query, need a booking, or they just feel like talking, this team makes it a point that every single person at Basant Club feels appreciated.
12:00 PM – Lunch & Laughs
Even superheros need some fueld! The team goes out to grab some lunch where some order freshly prepared food while others bring homemade meals with them. The dining area indeed transforms into an epic social event where jokes are cracked, stories are shared, and perhaps a bit of banter is exchanged shhh!
1:00 PM – Training & Teamwork
After lunch, it’s time for the training sessions where the coaches guide different fitness routines. Event planners practice the setup and the tech team trials the latest gadgets. At Basant Club, learning is a never-ending venture.
Afternoon Grind: Keeping the Energy Up
3:00 PM – Social Media Update
The digital team is active. They are already editing videos, creating captions, and responding to the followers. A new post goes up- “Can you guess what’s coming next at Basant Club?” Comments and likes start pouring in.
4:30 PM – Event Prep Mode
Got a big event coming up? The operations team is on it! From setting up stages to checking sound systems; every detail matters. You’ll see staff running around with clipboards, walkie talkies, and smiles that are determined with a hint of defeat.
Evening Wind Down Fun Isn’t Over Yet
6:00 PM – Last Meetings Of The Day
All teams disbanded, and reconvened the next day to go over wins recap and plan for the next day. There are a bunch of high-fives and cheers as everyone walks out of the room because another successful day is in the books!
7:00 PM – Lock/Goodbye
As the sun sets, the last few members head out. The HQ quiets down…but only for a few hours. Tomorrow is adventure day all over again…so why sleep?
